Functionality
How it Works
The Procore + zipBoard Integration allows you to sync documents from Procore projects to a single zipBoard project for seamless review and feedback. Simply authenticate your Procore account in zipBoard, choose the Procore projects to sync from, and activate the integration. Once connected, files uploaded in Procore will automatically appear in zipBoard for markup, feedback, and collaboration—eliminating manual uploads and ensuring your team always works on the latest files.
Features
- Collaborative Document and Drawing Reviews zipBoard enables construction teams to collaboratively review blueprints, site plans, RFIs, and submittals in one centralized platform. With features like PDF markups, threaded comments, and version control, teams can streamline communication, reduce miscommunication, and ensure all stakeholders remain aligned throughout the review process.
- Task Management and Workflow Automation zipBoard includes built-in task tracking and customizable workflows that help teams manage approvals, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress. From issue tracking to punch list reviews, zipBoard ensures that every document goes through the right checks before moving forward—eliminating bottlenecks and rework.
- Procore Integration and Centralized File Management zipBoard integrates seamlessly with Procore, allowing users to automatically sync drawings, documents, and approvals. All feedback and revisions are managed in one place, helping teams minimize errors, reduce manual effort, and keep their construction workflows efficient and aligned with Procore data.
Integration Requirements
- Procore Authentication via OAuth Description: Users must authenticate their Procore account within zipBoard using Procore’s OAuth 2.0 protocol. This allows zipBoard to securely access the user’s Procore project data and sync documents into the selected zipBoard project.
- Project-Level Sync Configuration Requirement: User must select which Procore projects they want to sync with a zipBoard project
- Document Syncing Permissions: The authenticated Procore user must have document read access (and optionally, write access if two-way sync is planned)
