Functionality
How it Works
Users must install the VIRTUELE RFI Manager app from the Procore Marketplace onto their account and access it via App Management. They will then need to grant the necessary permissions for the projects they wish to sync. Once this is done, users can log into VIRTUELE, create a project, and select the Procore flow for RFIs. Finally, by logging into Procore through VIRTUELE for authentication, users can sync their VIRTUELE project with the corresponding Procore project.
Features
- Effortlessly create RFIs in Procore or VIRTUELE, with real-time synchronization ensuring they’re available and up-to-date in both platforms.
- Respond to RFIs directly in VIRTUELE and have the updates reflected in Procore instantly. Similarly, responses in Procore are synced back to VIRTUELE, keeping all stakeholders aligned.
- Close or reopen RFIs in VIRTUELE with their statuses immediately synced to Procore, and vice versa, ensuring project teams have accurate and timely information across platforms.
