Integration Summary

ProEst is a cloud-based estimating and preconstruction management platform for general contractors and subcontractors.

Used together, ProEst and Procore give contractors a new ability to track, monitor, and manage project data from initial bid to final close-out. Without the need to re-enter data, productivity is higher, and project information is error-free.

How it Works

Setup is simple. While signed into ProEst, navigate to System Settings > Company Setup > Integrations and use the slider to turn Procore to the “on” position. Once you change the status of an estimate from “active” to “awarded,” the data will automatically transfer to Procore.

After a bid is awarded, data from ProEst populates in Procore for end-to-end project management. This powerful integration feature moves data effortlessly from ProEst estimates to Procore budgets, cost management, and progress billing/invoicing.
