Data Connection

With OpenSpace you can:

Link OpenSpace Field Notes to Procore RFIs and Observations, and sync updates back to OpenSpace

Use our split screen to not only compare 360° images to previous captures but also to the BIM model

Automatically export 360° images to Procore

Integration Summary

With our Procore integration you can sign into OpenSpace using Procore SSO. This will allow you to link any Field Note to an existing RFI or Observation, including a HQ photo and plan location map. If an RFI or Observation does not already exist, simply create a new one right from within OpenSpace. Once linked, the OpenSpace Field Note can take you directly to Procore to manage the RFI or Observation and its status. Last but not least, you can push any 360° image from OpenSpace into Procore.

How it works

-Mount a 360° camera to your hard hat, walk the site as usual, and let OpenSpace do the rest.
-The camera captures two photos per second, creating a digital replica of your jobsite. You can also make Field Notes as you walk, or later from your desk or app.
-OpenSpace uses AI and computer vision to automatically map the 360° photos and field notes to project plans.
-Use Field Notes to generate RFIs and Observations from any photo in OpenSpace, including visual information, accurately tied to your plans.
-Export images from OpenSpace directly into Procore Photos.
