How it Works
People attending site can check-in or out via a turnstile, kiosk or mobile application. Corporate and site inductions can be completed online. Contractor companies and individuals workers have access to a web portal in which they can provide compliance records such as insurance, high risk work tickets, and licences. Notifications are sent to relevant parties when records are approaching expiry.
Pre-Start and Permits to Work can be generated, reviewed and approved.
Projects created in Procore appear as site locations in TIKS and are archived when made inactive in Procore. Check-in and out times are collated in TIKS and sent to the Site Diary in Procore.
