Overview

Integration Summary

The APE Mobile integration adds robust forms & data capture solution to Procore. All site paperwork can be handled, from site diaries and toolbox talks through to complex engineering documents. Using your current document templates, you get exact digital versions of your current forms in PDF. And with speech recognition, field workers can get answers to questions such as "how much concrete did we pour this week" or "show me all inspections for phase 2.1" to see totals and the related records.

How it Works

Users and Projects can be linked from Procore to APE Mobile and kept in sync. Where a project is linked, the latest APE Mobile form pdfs are automatically uploaded to Procore as they are updated (into an APE Mobile folder within the project document drive).
