One touch project and client reporting, saving teams time and providing a consistent source of truth across projects.

Integration Summary

As a construction-specific BI platform - Acuite plug's into best of breed construction management systems via pre-built integrations (Procore, MS Project, Primavera P6, etc...) to bring critical information from across your platforms to create real-time "Live" project dashboards showcasing the overall health of your projects. Acuite then aggregates all the information from across projects and rolls it up to give you regional and portfolio health checks and as a result of data insights dashboards lets you identify trends, track improvements in performance, and identify & highlight poor performance within the company.

How it Works

Acuite pulls data from across the Procore platform incl. the directory, RFI's, inspections and observations, pushing it to our project KPI specific dashboards, data Insights modules, reporting features as well as rolling it all up to generate portfolio health checks.

About Acuite

During their careers, David and Antonia recognized the need to create a solution to be able to more efficiently manage commercial construction projects. Whilst construction companies run projects in the tens and hundreds of millions of dollars, at best case they may only achieve 5% margin levels, and in many cases, significant loses. They saw savvy, experienced business people who were hamstrung by having to work with disparate information systems and outdated performance reports in order to make decisions and even in the most technically-advanced organizations, operational processes were manual and isolated. Acuite was born.
